If you are not satisfied within 3 days of purchase date of the Internet Genie we will refund your money upon reception of the returned product. Installation fees will not be refunded.

Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited, or that a refund check has been issued, less restocking fee and shipping and handling.

All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only less restock fee if applicable and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase, or a refund check issued to purchaser.

If you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of the delivery date, email our customer service representative at info@greenwisepower.com  or call our dedicated customer service at 1-502-352-1565 and they will assign to you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return.

NOTE:  We will not accept returned packages if a RAN has not been assigned to the order. If you return a package with out having been assigned a RAN the package will be denied and returned to you and all associated costs will be your responsibility.

The returned product must be in NEW, UNOPENED and UNUSED condition, in the ORIGINAL BOX UNDAMAGED with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed, not damaged, not opened. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been opened or used.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving the item. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order please call us before we ship the product as once it leaves the warehouse we have incurred our cost.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will replace the broken or damaged parts not the whole system and ship out a new item in accordance with the shipping company's policies and the manufacturer's return policies.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.

Credit and Return Time

Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 1-877-365-2951 within two hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.

Even after the two hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. Greenwise Power Solutions LLC reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, omissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, in stock status of a product, or description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.
